Reading has changed, changes and will continue to change my world...
Nice to meet you, I'm Michele Moraes (Mih), a gaucho who fell in love with Florianópolis, a woman of axé, mother, grandmother, embroiderer, writer, photographer. I have a degree in Administration, I'm crazy about plants, I love good coffee, sun and I travel books and places.
Books have always been present in my life since childhood. Our apartment was a world of colors, smells, and flavors. Surrounded by music and stories, some from my own life and others from books on the shelf. My passion for books was something I inherited from my grandmother and mother. I remember the first time I lost myself in the pages of a book. It was as if I was living that story, feeling the same emotions as the characters. From that moment on, reading became a constant passion.
Over time, I realized that reading is not just a hobby; it is through it that I find comfort, inspiration and a sense of purpose. And I always wanted to share this love with people, encouraging them to also have a little bit of this universe with them, after all, "Words convince, but examples drag."
And so, Ensaios da Nega was born, my process of transformation, my sharpened creativity, so that I can share with other people my texts, reviews on the most diverse titles, from literary classics to unmissable releases. Also about a literary lifestyle, with tips on organizing libraries, gift suggestions for book lovers, and even recipes inspired by famous stories. And curiosities about the world of books.
And I hope to count on your company, after all, this journey is much more enjoyable when accompanied! ♡‿♡
